  • Each sign is made to mimic the page of a hymnal or book. Margin sizes are left to our discretion.
  • Each sign is made using quality wood, latex paint, wood stain, Ink, and Polycrylic.
  • Measurements may vary give or take 1 inch
  • Signs come ready to hang.
  • Each sign is made to be perfectly imperfect. We strive to recreate and aged look through what we think is a perfect distress. No two signs should be the exact same.
  • These signs are lightweight (3-6lbs) to make your decorating easier.



  • Turnaround time: Each of our signs is handmade to order and so we try really hard to keep the turnaround time to 2 weeks but sometimes, when we are especially busy, the turnaround time is closer to 3 weeks.



  • We happily accept custom orders as not all of the hymns known to the church are listed in the shop. However, they must meet certain copyright requirements. To inquire about a custom request, send us a message.
  • There is a $15-25 fee for all custom orders that involve a size change. The price would vary within that window depending on the size.
  • If you simply want a different hymn other than the ones we have listed, (as long as it is not copyrighted), a $10 fee is applied. This fee is solely for orders that do not include size changes from the standard sizes that we offer.
  • We are not able to do most modern songs because all modern songs are copyrighted. We try really hard to follow copyright rules. (A simple guideline: if it was published after 1923, it is most likely copyrighted. If you are unsure, message us and we will try to help you figure it out.)
  • Due to the high volume of orders at times, We may post certain restrictions on which part of the sign may or may not customized (stain choice, size, etc.).
  • Any custom designed artwork belongs to Heartwood home Co. and may be used at our discretion.
  • Art proofs will be sent at your request prior to placing of your order. Once an art proof is approved, no changes can be made and you will be held liable for approving the design.



At times, we do work with a few shops for wholesale orders. If you are interested in a wholesale order, please contact us. We would be more than happy to consider your request.




  • Hearthwood is unable to offer refunds at this time. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will try our best to resolve the situation quickly.
  • If you need to CANCEL your order it must be done within 24 hours. Contact us in that time frame to cancel your order. Any cancelled orders are subject to a 5% processing fee.
  • If you refuse an order when it is delivered to you, you forfeit your right to that Item. A refund will NOT be applied to you.



  • At the moment, we only ship to the U.S.
  • If you are local, a local pickup option is available to you at $5. Once your order is done, we will contact you to arrange a pick-up.
  • Shipping is done per sign however, if your order is in multiples of 2 or 3s we can probably combine the shipping. Before placing your order, contact us and we will work with you to lessen the shipping.
  • Please remember that we have a 2-3 week turnaround time. This means that you should receive your product in 2-3 weeks of the time of purchase.
  • Tracking is sent to you when your order is shipped.
  • If you refuse an order when it is delivered to you, you forfeit your right to that Item. A refund will NOT be applied to you.


  • We are not responsible for an item of it is stolen once it has been delivered by the carrier. We will contact the carrier to ensure that it was delivered and if it was, we cannot be help reliable for the stolen merchandise.
  • If you order did not reach your location within 7 days of the day that your tracking number was sent to you, please contact us. Please be aware that around the Christmas holiday season, shipping times are longer than usual.
